Fill out the client application, and I'll review it within 1–2 business days. From there we'll schedule a discovery call to nail down the details, and if we're a good fit I'll send over your proposal, contract, and invoice. Once everything's signed and paid, we're officially official. ♡
I work in Canva, Procreate, GoHighLevel, Flodesk, Mailchimp, Etsy, Shopify, Stan Store, Beacons, ThriveCart, Linktree, Skool, Calendly, Notion, Trello, Asana, Stripe, PayPal, Square, WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, Google Workspace, and Zapier. If you're using something not on this list, just ask — I pick up new tools fast.
Communication varies by client and project, but I keep things simple and responsive. We'll figure out what works best for both of us during our discovery call.
No problem! If something in your package isn't serving you, we can swap it out for something that fits better. I also offer add-ons for anything outside your scope — just ask and I'll send over a custom quote. Nothing gets added or changed without your approval first.
Yes, every project and retainer requires a signed contract before we begin. It protects both of us and makes sure we're on the same page from day one. Contracts are sent digitally through my client portal and easy to sign online — no printing required.

Yes! Whether you're just getting started and need help building the foundation, or you're established and ready to hand things off — there's a place for you here. We'll figure out exactly where you are and what you need during your discovery call, and I'll point you toward the right package or project to start.
Every project includes one round of revisions — and for Built To Last retainer clients, two rounds are included. Additional revision rounds can be added on for a small fee. To make the most of your revision, I always send a proof with notes so we're on the same page before you give feedback.
Payment is due in full before work begins — for both one-time projects and monthly retainers. Retainers renew on the same date each month. I accept payment through Stripe, PayPal, and Square. Invoices are sent digitally through my client portal and easy to pay online.
Due to the nature of digital services, all sales are final and no refunds are issued once work has begun. If you have concerns about your project, please reach out — I'm always willing to work through it together and make things right.
Yes! Rush turnaround is available depending on my current workload and the scope of the project. A rush fee will be added to your total — the exact percentage varies by service and timeline. Reach out and we'll figure out what works.
I always send a proof before anything is finalized — so you have a chance to review and request changes before we call it done. If something still isn't right, that's what your included revision round is for. I genuinely want you to love the work, so if you have concerns at any point just communicate with me and we'll work through it together.
